Honored to share our review of #plantbaseddiets for treating #obesity from @TheAACE #EndocrinePractice Free access for 50 days: authors.elsevier.com/c/1jB4y,YplMsl… Our review showed ⬆️wt loss w/ ⬆️fiber intake, 420 kcal ⬇️ per day without explicit instructions to decrease caloric intake.
