Anthony Hall pled guilty to Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree for stealing from the Coalition of North East Associations, Inc, where he volunteered. He will be sentenced to 1 and 1/2 years-3 years in the New York State Department of Corrections & pay $33,550 in restitution.

Naveair Stewart was sentenced to 40 years in DOCCS for the unrelated shooting deaths of Shanye Mootry and Jevonte Huff, both innocent bystanders. Thank you to @RochesterNYPD and ADA Rachel Clark for ensuring that he will no longer promote this senseless violence in our community.

Doyle Rucker pled guilty to Attempted Murder 2nd and Assault 2nd for the stabbing of his estranged wife and her 14-year-old child. Thank you to @RochesterNYPD, ADAs VanStrydonck & Gallagher, and most importantly, Shaughnessey Denson for speaking out against this domestic abuser.

In the second Non-Fatal Shooting Taskforce trial, Shaquille Turner was convicted by a jury for Assault 1st. On July 26, 2023, he shot a woman from his car, hitting her in the face and arm. Thank you to ADA Rachel Clark, NFS, and @RochesterNYPD for the detailed investigation.
