7 months and 2 major knee surgeries later I’m very grateful to be back outside on my road bike - it’s slow, a bit painful and nothing special, but it feels AMAZING. Slow roads ahead on bike to full recovery but it’s started!

Seven months after my quadriceps rupture & two surgeries to reconstruct my knee (falling off my eMTB of all things!) I went for my first real non eBike ride of any substance today. Loved it & grateful I can get back on my bike
