having bad management is like both parents fighting and dumping their anger on their kids.
times like this are times I’ll tell myself a terrible terrible job is better than no job, tough times don’t last tough ppl so and all other toxic positivity perspectives. can’t.
had a 5 hour management meeting (i shall call it gossips cos no proper outcome were discussed) to find out how shitty the management is and how some things are done/happening and how hypocritical some ppl are. i sound naive but damn.
have a to do list for tmr then you’re less stress more prepared bla bla, what if you know the things in your to do list is so shit that you don’t even wanna wake up 😰
my targets that are supposedly aligned with my manager are not met but she got promoted. What means? Shit show.
can my company give me some meaningful vision and goal we are working towards? I’m losing my shit here just doing the same SHIT everyday 😭
