Great first case with @adegbala at North Alabama Medical Center. Patient presented with PVC originating from the GCV. Mapping in the CS showed the earliest site to be -44ms with a 98% pacemap. HNS through #tactiflex was used to effectively treat the SOO. @AbbottCardio #epeeps

What would you do if the VT is too unstable to map or entrain? Let’s look at how understanding VT substrate is paramount in this case.
Better yet, sinus ILAM using near-field signal helps delineate dead-end channels noted as latest-late signal versus slow conduction channel along zig-zag lines of block. Prop map:
