#WPW from today Nothing beats a perfect EGM for WPW ablation. Bipolar and unipolar EGM can make you the best sniper. The best map starts with 12-lead ECG and ends with a perfect EGM

It's been a while since I last used "open window" 🪟 technique for mapping an accessory pathway. This time combined with OT activation vectors 💘. Still a powerful tool to keep in your back pocket! 🛠️ Case performed by @MBarakatMD #EPeeps

De Novo AFib ➡️ AAFL. Check out just how well Ensite X’s OT Near Field algorithm automatically annotates some beautiful 🤩 low voltage fractionated signals. #HDGrid #EnsiteX #EPeeps @AbbottCardio @JohnSummers_MD

Thank you for sharing this case with us. It reinforces the importance of image integration in personalizing VT procedures. From CT images, #ADAS3D allows you to extract valuable data such as wall thickness maps, isodistances, and detailed cardiac anatomy. #Epeeps

CT-aided VT ablation using @ADAS3D Nice correlation between thicker corridor and VT isthmus

Patient with previous PVI, at the time of the procedure with incessant flutter, we made a complete map (Right and left atrium) we found an atypical left flutter, thanks to the HD grid and Omnipolar Technology and OT near field we quickly created a high-density

Looking forward to the 19th annual @VTSymposium in 48 hours. #ablateVT ✅ILAM 2.0: Finding the Line of Block (LOB) for VT. ☑️Excited to officially Introduce FACiLE-VT! #QSQ What does this VT circuit look like during sinus rhythm?

#epeeps Just 1 week until the @VTSymposium! There's still time to register for the premier conference for state-of-the-art education on the pathophysiology & treatment of ventricular arrhythmias. Attend in person or virtually through the livestream. vtsymposium.com

Hypnotizing local reentry in a stable post-maze tachycardia, with full CL seen on HD Grid. What is the cause/substrate for this type of AT after a maze procedure? @AbbottCardio #EPeeps Case with Dr. Smriti Banthia in Sarasota, FL.

PVC ECG morphology looked more like LCC, but earliest location was just below the R-L commissure at the base of the R-L interleaflet triangle. 📐 #EPeeps

Great first case with @adegbala at North Alabama Medical Center. Patient presented with PVC originating from the GCV. Mapping in the CS showed the earliest site to be -44ms with a 98% pacemap. HNS through #tactiflex was used to effectively treat the SOO. @AbbottCardio #epeeps

Another iatrogenic flutter- this case in the right atrium on a patient with prior ablation of typical flutter + RA focal AT. Not typical CTI flutter this time, but still CTI-dependent! 🎡 Where would you ablate? ⚡ #EPeeps

Great educational thread and beautiful maps. Thanks for sharing @officialdrk12 !!

What would you do if the VT is too unstable to map or entrain? Let’s look at how understanding VT substrate is paramount in this case.

Better yet, sinus ILAM using near-field signal helps delineate dead-end channels noted as latest-late signal versus slow conduction channel along zig-zag lines of block. Prop map:
