Massive week. Early starts, late nights, and Sur Paul McCartney with my young son. (Possibly best concert Iโve ever wren!) Then, infusion day. I have so much work on that I had to take the laptop. Iโm pretty tired now. Reckon Iโll turn in.

Did what Iโm told is the tenth hilliest @parkrunAU yesterday. Worst thing was it was in my home town so I knew what was coming!
So, the family and I are planning a massive trip at the end of this year. Iโll be away from home for 5 weeks, and want to be able to take my daily meds and supplements easily, but not take bottles. Any tips?

Road trip! Heading away for a week to see my in-laws which will be nice. Letโs see how the hips got with 3,000km of driving this week. Ultrasound this week showed possible impinged hip. Reckon itโs related to the neuropathy in my feet. Love this disease!
Not been saying much here lately. Iโm cranky that this platform was doing so much good for me, and has taken a turn for the worst. But, I checked and my mates are still here. Therefore, so am I!

Penny for your thoughts. We had our employee engagement survey rolled out a few months ago, and now I'm knee deep in the results. In the demographics, disability was defined as 'an impairment that substantially limits a major life activity' I didn't' like it. Thoughts?

Serious pain levels today. Perhaps pushed it too hard yesterday. I hate the fact that this disease is so random in when it decides to show up.
Just got off a call with an Employment Relations Lawyer to discuss a very tricky case. It turns out that the advice I gave to the business was exactly what the lawyer recommended. It's nice to know that after 20 years of doing this gig, I know what I'm talking about! #releived
Solid run this morning in stunning weather. Love Meeanjin winter.
Today marked four years straight of 10,000 steps per day. Nightlights included the time I had to do them all in my hallway due to torrential rain, and the time I was barely able to walk due to a massive MS flare. #fums
