The biggest thing that happened to me in my 39th year was that I got a bilateral mastectomy & reconstruction.. Turns out I had a faulty gene (PALB2, not BRCA), which, thanks to modern medicine, I was able to do something about. Here's to trying to be breast cancer-free 🤞🎀
