I am today's years old when I realised : 1. Haters always have time and an opinion 2. If you don't want to go to them for advice, don't take their criticism either.

I will not water down myself to be more digestable to you. You. Can. Choke.

The urge to just drive to the beach right about now but you too damn scared of driving by yourself back after dark later.

I really wanna pop up to some random persons house so that I can pet their dogs and cats. Like I really need pet hugs therapy right about now lol.

I'm like in between the thoughts of making my own home cinema ot just go to the movies saja man.

When doubt and insecurities start to be overwhelming and interfere with work, I remind myself that I got hit by a lorry and refused to die. So whatever setbacks I am experiencing now are mere pebbles. Shake them off and move on.

How convenient of you to break things right before an important event lmao

"I am good, but not good enough, which is worst than simply being bad. It is almost." . . . Damn. Luster by Raven Leilani is a masterclass in gorgeous writing. Definitely next on my TBR list.

Honestly, its your lost man 🤷🏻‍♀️

Okay, first day back into campus felt amazing ngl 😛

For a slytherin, it's pretty funny that snakes and lizards irks me the most.

Bro I missed lunch for a few days and had mental breakdowns in between all bcs of smthg not urgent 😬

It takes a little bit of tears, humour and a whole lot of growing up to spice up your character development, am I right?

Rest is productive.

Cleaning house alone is so laborous man

Things are finally falling into place 😭😭

You give so much to children that aren't yours, and leave breadcrumbs for the ones at home. Then you expect 5star treatments from people who witness your hypocrisy and are slaves to your gaslighting and mental abuse, just to maintain the heroic saviour façade you potray outside.

1. Pace yourself 2. Regularly update your CV; identify areas you want more experience in 3. Get a therapist 4. Build community; openly talk about funding, collaborations, imposter syndrome 5. Begin to imagine life outside academia around year 2/3 6. Stick to a 4/5 day workweek

It’s that time of year again when first-years are starting their grad school journeys. If you could go back to your first-year self (knowing what you know now), what advice would you give?

I'm jealous of men ngl. They can just walk out the house whenever and however they want whereby girls have to worry about getting sexually harassed, killed and catcalled by disgusting pigs.

There are many stupid men that believe blushing is consent 👁️👄👁️

Thank you Jane Austen
