Many of the things that you originally view as a curse can turn out to be some of your biggest blessings if you give them the time and perspective to be able to appreciate them.

It’s okay to earn money, pursue it through honest means, and accumulate it, but the real treasure is stored elsewhere, and we should not forget that.

You don’t have to strive for perfection, but you should strive for congruence on what you teach. 💯

Positive action is how you deal with the hardships of life. We must become the person who can, as Timex famously coined, ‘take a lickin and keep on tickin.’

Success comes at a price – facing challenges, head-on, battling obstacles, and making the most of what life hands us. The road to success is tough, but the journey defines the destination. #successmindset

You cannot fix the world with broken hands; we must stiffen our spines and strengthen our hands so we have the ability to help others and have a real, lasting, positive impact.

We do not have to be grateful for every bad thing that comes along – but if we want to be truly successful in life, and especially business, we must take all bad things that happen, head on, and embrace full responsibility for doing something about them.

It's not just about the high-payoff activities. Although that's a good place to start, you must also be looking for high-leverage opportunities.

Handling life’s hardships requires a resilient spirit. Successful entrepreneurs don’t hibernate in adversity; they confront challenges head-on, refusing to be deterred or dissuaded.

Money doesn’t alienate true friends: it expands my circle of friendships. Money opens doors to connect, learn, and grow with people I deeply respect.

Money won’t guarantee happiness, but it provides options. It can solve the stress that a lack of money creates. More money, more possibilities for happiness.

If you’re running a business correctly, you will need to fire people from time to time. You will get pushback, even when you’re 100% right in the decision. But in my 20+ years of experience, sour milk never turns fresh! Get rid of it before it stinks up the rest of the fridge.

Stop waiting for things to “fix themselves.” They won’t. Bad situation is rarely improve with elapsed time. The only thing that is going to make a positive change is you making a decision.

I once had to fire 90% of my employees. I learned some very hard yet very valuable lessons from that experience. I’ll tell you all about in my latest “rant” - MSPsuccess.com/2023/11/make-t…
