I read this article on burnout among #Physicians @NEJM nejm.org/doi/full/10.10… They identify the combination of "low autonomy and low decisional authority... is particularly stressful." I am glad this is discussed, but the solutions👇address neither autonomy nor authority🤷‍♀️
