#NoteToSelf Yesteday i learn from #clojure #missionary slack that basically flow of flow is okay as it was like collection of collection. clojurians-log.clojureverse.org/missionary/202…
Oh wow yes its great and promising as well.. the latest v0.3 is very much complete last week i play with it.
I managed to successfully call Starlette from Basilisp. It's essentially Clojure running on the Python VM, which I find very powerful. You can enjoy the niceties of Lisp while staying productive with Python's vast ecosystem of libraries. I think it's a beautiful and very…

architecture diagrams before and after migrating the data ingestion pipeline of baselime from aws to cloudflare I wrote a blog post about how why we migrated, how we did it, how we improved performace, and how much we saved try to guess how much, you're not ready

Lots of inspiring answers here.
Can someone explain to me what the in-browser WASM SQLite and DuckDB are trying to solve? The in-browser queries and reports look super snappy but isn’t this putting millions of rows stored on the clients machine to calculate some aggregates? I feel like I’m missing something.
Just recorded this short update on our open-source-mentoring program. We discuss a bit of what we can learn from it and of the implications for the broader #Clojure story. youtube.com/watch?v=STnFMp…
Interesting, i share with most of these points.
Signs you're not a strong programmer: - You think static typing makes software more robust or reduces testing burden - You treat dependencies like black boxes and struggle to dig into their code to analyze issues - You think an RDBMS is the best way to manage data, period - You…
Roam but built in Electric Clojure (bulletproof UI, optimistic updates, zero interaction latency, pending/retry affordance on all unsaved edits) and designed specifically for programmers

New clj-kondo version! #cljKondo should now be fully up to date with Clojure 1.12's new syntax! github.com/clj-kondo/clj-… #clojure
Jvm is doing jit and battle tested. Knowing how to extract goodness from it will save you time and money. Clojure is one of jvm lang that i recommend to realize this and become wiser.
This is the right way to learn for people like me, learning the hard way someone once said.
Congrats @stopachka for launching Instant. It's the sync engine I wish I'd built. Can't wait to dig into the docs

this is madness! youtube.com/watch?v=5LzjDc… @dustingetz 👏 very on-topic for the "mixed client+server rendered" world (RSC/Remix/nextjs etc)
I love clojure that its dynamically typed nature provide unmatched repl experience. A tool which allowed us to do trial and error very quickly to explore all the capabilities of its host/runtime. Every runtime will have its _clojure_ counterpart eventually, its almost there now.
Some general responses to the comments on my last tweet, which blew up way more than I expected: - Another way to phrase what I said: all else being equal, dynamically typed languages have a higher ceiling and lower floor than statically typed languages. Most of the negative…
