In 2024's eleven governor races, Cox was the worst performing winner (53.3%). Even worse, comparing governor's vote % to respective presidential candidate vote %, Cox underperformed 2nd worst (-6.2%) behind WV's Morrisey (-8%), though Morrisey received 62%. R's deserve better.
