Having a lot of fun learning to draw with the pen tool. Today I'm drawing surgical scrubs, and finding that the thin and slightly too large pieces of fabric needs a lot of wrinkles to look good. Fun but also a lot of work. #indiegamedev #gamedev #digitalart

Internal polling show that we should definitely move on with adding enemies to the game. So I just started working on the first enemy character sprite. He will eventually be some sort of evil surgeon. Stay tuned.

Working on a new supernatural ability for puzzle solving. "Phasing" puts the character into a state where tile colors are disabled allowing him to go anywhere in the room. If he ends up next to a tile of his color (green) he's allowed to stay, otherwise he is teleported back.


Playing around with some floor textures. I need the rooms to have more distinct expressions, so the player will remember areas and be able to distinguish them from each other at a glance. But what do you think of the vibe here?
