This year’s theme set by the World Federation of Mental Health is workplace mental health. The theme highlights the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, for the benefit of people, organisations, and communities.
Covid round 2: runny & blocked nose, headache, cough, sore throat, feeling exhausted, aching body and arms, loss of taste and smell, going from hot to cold, feeling rolled over by a tractor- this is going to take a bit of time to get over..and still testing positive.
I hate when people ask me “Why are you so quiet?” Because I am. That’s how I function. I don’t ask others “Why do you talk so much?” It’s rude.
