This past weekend, a pretty famous author tweeted out some very transphobic and transmisogynistic things. It was not feminist. We send love to anyone harmed by her comments. Ottawa Women's March affirms that TRANS WOMEN ARE WOMEN and that trans rights are human rights.

My only thought on tweets like this: it’s not POC’s job to make us feel okay about being white. We’re fine. We need to amplify their voices, donate to organizations that can help, and seek out resources to make us better allies without burdening POC with our white guilt.
