It's hard turning up for work every single day, diligently working crazy amount of hours when your employer doesn't value the work that you do. Working 3 months, unpaid, not knowing how much you are going to earn. The energy to wake up disappears. Night calls at 2am are the worst

Some heartbreaking news here 💔. We've lost one of our colleagues who died by suicide. Very sad that we are losing young doctors because of hardships imposed on them by the MOH's failure to follow the CBA and also the ruthlessness of senior doctors. After 26th Sept tukona nyinyi!
