If there's one issue working class voters care about, it's keeping the taxes of rich people and giant corporations as low as possible

Time for another re-up of mine & @jaqicohen's op-ed! If NJ Transit was really fixed, congestion pricing wouldn't be an issue. The best way to fight back is to make mass transit frequent, reliable, & affordable, so no one is forced to drive into the city. northjersey.com/story/opinion/…

As we prepare for the uncertainty of a new federal administration, New Jersey must act now to secure its financial future. A new @NJPolicy report from @ptrchn1 outlines sustainable ways to raise revenue while advancing tax fairness. njpp.org/publications/r…

Targeted taxation on the top 1% of individuals, homes, and corporations would raise nearly $4 billion in revenue for critical programs. “New Jersey has to start raising more revenue, and it’s important to raise revenue in a fair way," said @ptrchn1 newjerseymonitor.com/2024/11/14/pro…

It's time to.....(crowd in suspense) ...increase the state tax enforcement workforce!! (crowd loses its mind) NJ's auditor workforce is still far below its peak despite more taxpayers and more complex returns. Each auditor generates on average $2.3M in revenue.

🚨 New Report 🚨 Reforming New Jersey’s tax system in targeted ways would reduce income inequality and provide revenues needed for public investments to make the state more affordable. Read more from @ptrchn1: njpp.org/publications/r…

NEW FROM ME: NJ can and should raise revenue to close its deficit and fund critical programs like schools and transit. By focusing taxation on wealthy individuals and corporations that have only grown wealthier, NJ can make the state affordable for all!

"Billionaires and businesses have too much power in Washington. Tax revenue is needed to pay for things we all need. If we want economic justice, racial justice, and climate justice, we must have tax justice."

Billionaires and big corporations are anticipating huge tax cuts, already lobbying and donating to get the tax plan that gives them the biggest windfall. Those forces have always had tremendous influence in Washington. Now they have more. itep.org/tax-justice-in…

Just another normal not at all weird day

It could not be ANY clearer that NJ needs same-day voter registration.
