(Thread) ILP has been a favourite and rightfully so, I have my doubts tho moving forward. Normal Tax Regime will lead to a reduction in EPS by about 35%. The company can capitalise this expansion through I/S and hope for a reversal in future budgets (1/n)

Diesel import saga The country has 760k tons (48 days) reserves/stock. Monthly consumption (barring smuggled products) is around 500k ton. Local refinery monthly supply is 420K tons. Usually only PSO imports. However, lately one more OMC (Go petroleum) is importing, as well,…
EPS at 18 rupees, in line with expectations, dividend of 12.5 announced. Refinery dynamics are weak due to lower margins and lower HSD offtakes due to imports. Trigger will be the policy signing however cannot bet on govt policy for a stable investment
My models are suggesting an EPS estimation for #ATRL around 20 rupees. Primarily lead by lower GRMs due to a weaker global demand in an otherwise peak season. Other refineries are likely to post heavy losses.
