i said i wouldn't tweet about it again but that was a year and a half ago, so this is a reminder that you should try my webnovel if you like 1) murder mysteries 2) overwrought grognardy worldbuilding 3) hyper-abstracted gay angst royalroad.com/fiction/28806/…

i was featured in this article! thanks to @wendeego for wrangling my pretentious ranting about the western web serial scene into something coherent lmao

Anime fans are familiar with web novels like Mushoku Tensei and Konosuba. But what about web novels published in English? For Crunchyroll News, I investigated the English language web serial scene tinyurl.com/n9bbf4cd

If you accepted that all unfair things in the world could be removed, if only someone knew how - fatigue, labor, death - then to exist in the world we had now, with all its grotesque imperfections, was to know that you had been violated by fate.

i finally got around to playing pentiment a bit and as much as i'm enjoying it it kinda makes me wish western games that are effectively vns would adopt some standard vn qol features... the inability to backread is painful, especially with no manual saving

booted up lotro for my bi-yearly fucking around in that game and some newbie asked about my character border. explained i got it from playing since launch. replied "wow you must be old". absolutely life-ruining

is twitter gonna reset me to for you every time i refresh the page now. is this the world i am forced to accept

i accidentally ate one of several maggots that were apparently infesting a packet of m&ms i bought today. it was okay.

every time i return to stellaris i'm like "ok i'm gonna play a democracy. peaceful star trek future. elections every 10 years. normal stuff" and then i get a pretty lady leader with good traits and whoops it's time for a safe and secure society

when i was a kid i used to always get served turkey on my birthday because it's always on or close to thanksgiving and i had a massive chip on my shoulder about it. but now that i live outside the us i have stockholm syndrome and eat it most years. the human condition i guess
