Security forces tried to stop the suspected militants who sped in their pickup truck. Had a rifle - turned out to be hunting rifle. Unfortunately turned out to be civilians. Mob had AKs with them -were they civilians or not? #NagalandFiring #NagalandViolence #afspashouldstay.
I am not trying to whitewash but 21 Para had the chance to silent those hunters they found near Mayanmar border while going for cross border raid of 2015. They didn't, they just tied them and made them understand the situation. It is a blunder but they will never kill civilians.
