When you've paid extra for first class and theres no catering the train is late and there's screaming kids running around the carriage and nobody from cross country trains gives a shit. Not even checked the ticket which i doubt is first class @CrossCountryUK

Buy First Class ticket... no catering in first class... trolley in standard wont come into first class. I buy first class in order to grab a coffee and get some breakfast not to go chasing after a trolley in standard class. Im on the 850 Notts to London. Shambles @eastmidrailway
