Appalling customer service from @UPSHelp_UK just now. When I asked why @UPS_UK website showed 5 delivery attempts, but doorbell hasnt rung once and no notes through letterbox, she said "Well I dont get involved with how the website works" washing her hands of it. 1/2
I said that's unacceptable "I don't care whether its her on the phone, or the driver in the van, or the website: it's one company @UPS and you should all work together. She said: "You know what mate, I don't care either, goodbye" And hung up. Hang your heads in shame @UPS_UK 2/2
