People who think the #Vikings are just going to let Sam Darnold walk out the door are crazy to me. He wasn't JUST some draft bust. He was a draft bust w/ elite 1.1 type traits rather than a reach 1st-round pick. I think JJ sits another season and they franchise tag Darnold.

As painful as it is for any #Giants fan (myself included) to see Saquon dominating on the Eagles, this 👇is 100% true. Saquon would not look like this on awful NYG team. Giants letting McKinney leave should bother fans & discussed by media more than Saquon
The Giants were right not to spend major money on a RB who had been oft-injured and they were incapable of maximizing, especially given where they are at in building a roster. And the Eagles were right to recognize and pounce on the opportunity.

The Giants need to get the ball in the hands of Malik Nabers. I don’t understand why Brian Daboll has struggled so much to get him involved in the first half of games over the last five weeks. Fix it now
It’s hard to watch & it’s embarrassing, I don’t know if I want Daboll to stay or go as I fear the off scheme may even be worse with what’s next, but I am not sure he can survive 7 more embarrassment’s like this to end the year

If his last name was not Manning & he wasn’t compared to his brother, this would not even be a conversation. He would be looked at as a lock by everyone almost. His name & the comparison to Peyton is why he isn’t appreciated more & is actually underrated in his career

This makes handling of QB this offseason more puzzling. To the replies: I understand it’s possible they got Lock in the building and don’t like what they’ve seen, etc but how is that supposed to make us feel more confident in their ability to evaluate the QB position?

100% agree with this, its so much more than the QB. Daboll has been awful for 2 years! Not a single pro on his resume for 2 seasons running What I don’t agree with is idea they (Daboll/Schoen) picked/chose DJ & truly believed in him. They had no real way out after yr 1 success

I think it’s as or more likely that Mara forced the issue w DJ contract then it was Daboll/Schoen loving him or viewing him as a franchise QB. Franchise tag wasn’t really an option bc they needed that for Saquon bc Mara was never gonna let either leave after a playoff win

I think every NY fan knew that from the minute the deal happened. Brooklyn never would have dealt him to NYK if they didn’t overpay & the Knicks chose to go all in around Jalen & traded most of their assets for arguably the 2 premiere 3 & D players in the league
