One of the biggest problems with longevity of leaders in power where people have been stripped of their power, is that people are taken for granted (banaatukolaki?) and shame is lost among rulers. Things that ordinarily cause guilt and shame don’t move them at all anymore.

#30YearIREUGA Dr. Moses says Ireland helped him achieve his dream of becoming a doctor. Under the Ireland-Karamoja Bursary Programme, his studies were fully funded from S.1 to University. Today he is giving back to his community, working as a doctor at Moroto Regional Hospital.
