@KentROSystems This person was ignorant and rude and said that he could not make any commitment as to date of receipt of the new part. He also said that I could go ahead and put this on social media and he wasn’t bothered.

After 1 month, the company acknowledged the claim but sent the wrong back plate. The service person then said it would be another week before the right one would come. I wanted a commitment as to when this would happen. The service person put me on a call with a Sales Manager

I now have no option but to accept the stand if I want a working unit. This, after buying mineral watwr for more than a month. Needless to say, I will not recommend @KentROSystems ever to anyone. They have no service orientation or attitude of customers satisfaction.

Today, the service person called and said that the company had decide to turn down the claim and wanted my approval to install a stand at a cost of Rs. 400, discounted from Rs. 600 as a special case. I am left wondering how an approved claim was suddenly overturned and why!

While very much under warranty, one of the screw holders in the plastic back plate of our Kent Ro system broke and the unit was dangling by one mounting screw. The service engineer raised a warranty claim. He was satisfied there was no wrongdoing on our part. … @KentROSystems
