Perfectly said, its our role as nutritionists to guide you. Much of processed foods high in salt, fat and sugar kill us in a long run. Eat indigenous diet.

The more “fake food” you eat, the less your body craves real food. The hyperpalatability of these foods makes unprocessed foods less appealing. Slowly break the cycle by replacing the overly processed junk with whole foods. #healthyeating #healthyfood #health
