Bots working hard to suppress #XRP price. What you guys think?
Bots working hard to suppress #XRP price. Look at these crazy orders coming in on Binance. This is not normal human trader behaviour.
ANOTHER SEC OVERREACH BITES THE DUST!!! The future of this industry is bright!
DEALER RULE STRUCK DOWN! SEC exceeded its statutory authority. HUGE win for the entire industry @BlockchainAssn and @CryptoFreedomTX !!!

A lot of unsolicited advice on here about who should (or shouldn’t) be the next SEC Chair. I trust the transition team to make the right call with these table stakes for crypto in mind: 1.End all non-fraud crypto litigation on Day 1. 2.Get commitments from Commissioners Uyeda and…
I spoke to a financial advisor 4 years ago and asked why he wasn’t advising clients to allocate 1-5% of their net worth in Bitcoin? He said Bitcoin was stupid Internet money aka fools gold. I told him he was engaging in malpractice. Two years ago when FTX blew up, he called…
This aspect of the anti crypto army is often overlooked…. Keeping all good actors at bay while pushing business offshore HELPED fraudsters….
The choice is obvious. @JohnEDeaton1
Who would be your nominees for crypto czar? Serious suggestions only and I'll compile them with notes and publish the most serious candidates.
Incitement and even participation in an armed insurrection to overthrow our Democracy does not get anyone expelled, but leaking evidence that Trump’s AG candidate Matt Gaetz committed sex crimes does? Make it make sense.
If someone on the committee decides to leak the report: “Any lawmaker who disclosed the report could face immediate consequences, like censure or expulsion.”
We’ll have lots of time to debate who would be best for positions like a “crypto czar.” It’s a great idea, but the ones before us are Treasury Secretary and SEC Chair–a crypto czar won’t be able to get much done unless the people in those posts are strong. Let’s stay focused.
so is anybody even going to bother to go through the motions of calling for Trump to divest from his businesses this time around, or did we just give up on that one too?
huffpost.com/entry/trump-ju… The workers losing overtime pay due to this MAGA judge ruling are mostly working class MAGA voters! Is this what they voted for?
It’s easy to play armchair lawyer on Twitter, but convincing a judge to side with you is no small feat. Crypto doesn’t need more convoluted legal theories and structures that make lawyers rich and confuse judges. Let’s simplify: Tokens and transactions in them aren’t securities…
Are Trump’s Appointees the Trojan Horses That Could Lead to America’s Strategic Collapse? open.substack.com/pub/thomhartma… By choosing loyalists over experts, Trump risks unraveling the integrity of U.S. agencies while empowering adversaries like Putin…
Trump wants to appoint people he can easily control in positions of power in his administration. Their qualifications and expertise are less important to him than their fealty to him is. He wants people willing/eager to execute HIS orders ruthlessly. youtu.be/LFn8IsBr9kw?si…
ICYMI: @JohnEDeaton1 walked through the potential picks for @SECGov Chair and why it should not and cannot be Robert Stebbins.
Tether has minted over $11 billion out of thin air, within the last week alone, which has contributed to the massive growth we’re seeing across crypto. With the department of justice now investigating them, the fraud is running out of time. They’re injecting as fast as they can…
It can’t be Stebbins, Jay Clayton’s pick. He literally signed off on over 80 crypto-related enforcement actions and preferred not to have ETH declared a non-security - not because he thought it was a security - but because giving ETH clarity in June 2018 might limit the SEC’s…
This is huge. Absolutely huge for adoption. IT depts want ease of connectivity to legacy systems. Beautiful.
“Ripple (XRP) is CURRENTLY BUILDING AN ORACLE that can query data from existing bank ledgers.” Few.😮💨
