Super hot take: I don't buy the 'CAC will only go up' claim from investors talking to consumer founders. Never seen a B2B CRO lower their sales org costs over time. In fact, Consumer startups can scale tenfold with a small marketing team, unlike most B2Bs. It’s a superpower.
