I will do what is required.

This is how most people THINK you earn more playing time. - Scoring more points. Europe helped me debunk this theory. Now I’m here to help you. Go look at my last post.

This is how you earn extra playing time. - Diving on loose balls - Communicating (early and often) - Taking charges - Making the extra pass - Uplifting teammates - Clapping on the bench - Jogging on/off the court - Being coachable What else is missing?

If you haven’t worked out yet and you’re feeling lazy, grab a mat and move your body. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

The harder you work the easier it becomes

Don’t overthink it. Just get it done.

Build the boat while you row it.

Say it with me, I will do what needs to be done.

Make the sacrifice NOW. Consult with yourself at a later date.

It’s not a loss. It’s the price of success.

Most people grossly underestimated what it takes to be successful. Myself included. The older I get the more I realize it just takes more.

“ I think you just gotta roll your sleeves up.”

Most kids these days don’t really want to be great, they just want to be good enough to beat their friends. Nothing wrong with that. But if you want to stand out, if you want to be the best, you can’t compare yourself to your friends.

On days you’re motivated empty the tank! Go all out. Give it everything you got. On days you’re not motivated relax, relax your mind relax your body, and rely on your systems to keep you disciplined. If your systems aren’t strong enough to carry you on down days. Readjust

Tip of the day: Set your goals. Implement systems that reinforce that goal. *(This is crucial to keep you moving forward on the days you aren’t motivated. These periods can last months so be certain your systems properly support your goals).

“Everything must be hard before it can be easy.” - Chinese proverb

To get what you want, you have to deserve what you want.

Anybody can do it once. But that’s not the game. The game is longevity. And the rules are: Last one standing wins. Game on.

Making a difference. Won by one
