And when you pray tonight…pray for the ability to stay calm and react less. Some people will trigger you behind closed doors knowing very well that your reaction will be public. People will only see your reaction and not what triggered it then judge. No matter what, stay calm.
Idk how do people write consistently with the same handwriting. I have like 2-3 different handwritings depending on pens, my mood and situation

And when you pray tonight…pray for a good support structure. Life really gets hard and requires a solid structure. The reality is, we cannot stay positive all the time. There are times where we run out of strength and positivity. These are the times when you truly need support.
The best part about God’s love is that you don’t even have to be perfect for him to love you unconditionally…

And when you pray tonight…pray for stress management. I cannot emphasise how important it is to find healthy coping mechanisms when stressed. Don’t find yourself picking bad habits due to stress. The reality is, stress is inevitable. Find better ways to deal with stress please.
