Markets will always go up and down. Having plans for both doesn't really say anything special. PICK A DIRECTION! but be wise enough to know when to flip.

With CPI down to 3%, NBER announcing recession would seal the deal for me — the end of the bear market. There would likely be some drawdown first but it will be short lived.
The SEC has in effect 67 lawsuits against various crypto effecting roughly $100B of value. Total3 (mkt cap excluding BTC and ETH) is ~$311B If XRP wins or is at least positive in some way the result would be massive. ALL those coins will pump.
