Great tips. Early on I had colleagues say my notes were too long so they didn’t read them. At first I was offended. Then I learned and got better. Know your audience and document accordingly.

After 10 months in my new practice I just found out we get free coffee in the cafeteria. I’m not even that mad that I’ve been spending 3 to 5 dollars at the Starbucks kiosk. I’m just excited about the free coffee 🤩 I’ll take my perks where I can get them.
Fell asleep on the couch earlier tonight, dreamt that I forgot to discharge my post pacer implant patient Friday, and they were stuck in the hospital all weekend and no one else could be admitted because there were no more beds. So now I’m wide awake.
