The kind of anxiety that comes with using a time tracking software to work is unparalleled! I remember a few years ago when I had to use one. It recorded keyboard activity, weblinks visited and takes full screenshots every 10 minutes and sends it to the employer💀 It was hell!

I’m not sure there are a lot of PMs that has built a Product from inception till launch. What most of us do is maintain an already built product. If you’re starting out as a PM, I feel you should look for a startup and help them build from scratch. Get your hands dirty!

Loving this new reaction feature in @Google meet 🥺

I think I want to dedicate more time to design mentorship this year, I will most likely focus on helping young designers (with basic design experience) define and create a good career path and how to get ahead in the industry. Exciting times ahead😊

Started working on my new design portfolio today. May I finish it before the end of the year IJN🥹✋🏼

I have a design portfolio joke, but I’m still working on it.

Proud of your progress @__heiresss

One of my many works this year🥹 I should learn to post my designs more often👩🏻‍💻 This is a redesign of Recrowdly Website, a digital animation studio that helps companies tell their stories through visual storytelling. #UIUXDesigner #uidesign #Figma

Say hello to my new home workspace fully designed by me for me💀 I spend about 90% of my time at home working for unhealthy amount time and I love it so much - so it was quite important for me to create a space that can fuel my creativity ✨✨

Sounds familiar? 🥴

We were taking feedback from the whole team as hardcore changes and not suggestions/ideas. We never tried to defend what we made, which lead us into a never-ending loop of unnecessary iterations.

Created this for fun earlier this year… I hope you like it. 🥳

Devs don’t need to be carried along throughout the entire process, but it helps if they are brought in at the early stages of the design process. It will help designers understand development implications of their design and help them make better design decisions.

Why are developers not carried along in the design process? Does it help to involve them earlier , during the ux design process or just carry them along throughout the way?

Opens #Binance this morning and stares at the remaining change* 🥺 Anyways, Back to work.
