We were taking feedback from the whole team as hardcore changes and not suggestions/ideas. We never tried to defend what we made, which lead us into a never-ending loop of unnecessary iterations.
Devs don’t need to be carried along throughout the entire process, but it helps if they are brought in at the early stages of the design process. It will help designers understand development implications of their design and help them make better design decisions.
Why are developers not carried along in the design process? Does it help to involve them earlier , during the ux design process or just carry them along throughout the way?
