Amazing Y10/12 DofE. One of the nicest, most mature and well-behaved groups we have taken; just brilliant. Usually focus only on students, but today must also mention staff. Doing this at the end of a tough term, after Ofsted and between big parents evenings is quite something.
So say DofE eta about 1pm for the Y10s and 1:45 for the Y12s.
Minibuses carrying Y12 Gold DofE teams also now leaving Crickhowell, slightly ahead of schedule.

Big mountain day for the year 10s and 12s on their Silver and Gold DofE practices. A lot of very happy students who achieved things they didn’t think they would. All safely back at camp and enjoying Trangia meal number 2.
First day of practice for Silver and Gold DofE. Gentle warm-up day of sunshine and showers on Sugar Loaf. All teams arrived at camp nice and early. Tents up, beds made, meals cooking. Now finding out how many people can play in the same game of catch with one tennis ball.
