A bit of batch cooking this afternoon, banana & chocolate chips muffins and courgette tea bread. All gluten free. There were 12 muffins but I had to try one 😉 cookies in the oven and veg prepped for making soup tomorrow #productiveafternoon

I rescued three foxes today, two didn’t make it & I think unlikely the third will. But being able to prevent these beautiful animals from dying cold, alone & in pain is the least we can do. One finder sat with a fox for ages wrapped in a blanket because he cared so much ❤️🦊
