Kidney disease can mean many hours of dialysis, and a need for support from a range of charities. Over the next few weeks @willjohnhope is putting his dialysis time to good use promoting #OrganDonation- the #GiftofLife & the work of charities supporting renal patients & research.

This #InterFaithWeek we encourage people across different faiths to talk about organ donation. If you have questions whether your faith or beliefs affect your ability to become an organ donor visit pha.site/faiths or consult an adviser from your religion or belief group.

Save the date! Organ Donation Discussion Day takes place annually on 11 December. It is a chance to encourage everyone to #HaveTheChat about your #OrganDonation decision and to record this on the @NHSOrganDonor Register. This is the best way to leave loved ones certain.

Keeping conversations going...we take a look back at an amazing day Turning the Peaks Pink for #OrganDonationWeek. All the participants had a reason to get involved and to support the #GiftOfLife. We thank everyone for supporting the day and for raising awareness across the week.

It was a great privilege to support #WaitingToLive campaign, hoping to raise awareness about #PeadiatricDonation through sharing true life stories of children waiting for #GiftOfLife @Donate4Daithi @NHSBT @OrganDonationNI @BelfastTrust Please sign the ODR as a family #HaveAChat

A very fitting end to #OrganDonationWeek: a visit to the New Life Garden at @ANDborough Kiltonga. Planting flowers to remember the precious #GiftOfLife given by organ donors and their families, or those who are sadly no longer with us. 💗
