One of the nicest after-holiday activities is trying to recreate those memorable dishes. A decent attempt was made at Spinach Pie and Giant Lima Beans and tonight’s will be Aubergine Imam. If only I had Corinthian pottery to cook it in!
This poem is definitely worth a second read.

What a visit. We feel very blessed to have seen so many spectacular sights. And to have walked up so many rocky mountains. And to have spotted a turtle in the wild! Corinth, Nemea, Mycenae, Epidaurus and Nafplio, thank you.
Delighted to have this poem in Atrium today ☺️
