My friend, Helsinki-based Prof Adrian Goldman has decided to study for an MA in Theatre Directing, brave... he runs 'a poetic/movement/music physical encounter' at the Edinburgh fringe. Consider supporting this amazing 'extracurricular' activity. gofundme.com/f/take-driving…

We have developed an organ-on-chip device that can model barriers such as found in the gut or the blood brain barrier. The research has just been published in Biomicrofluidics and was even chosen to feature on the cover :-) pubs.aip.org/aip/bmf/articl… @HullUniScience @Stockholm_Uni

Over the past seven years, #NewtonFund programmes delivered by @britishcouncil have built science partnerships across 18 countries, with 14,000+ researchers collaborating on over 2,100 research and innovation projects @SciTechgovuk @NewtonFund

We develop sensors for on-site analysis of water quality, recently for carbonates - by transferring the traditional titration onto a paper analytical device. Great work by @Irishattestrand and #CarlTryggersStiftelse funded Pablo GG bit.ly/3Z4JmAJ

I’m very honoured and am much looking forward to @MicroTas2023!

Prof. @nicolepamme, our first plenary speaker, holds a chair in Analytical Chemistry at @Stockholm_Uni (SWEDEN). Her research centres on the study of microfluidic lab-on-a-chip devices applied to environmental analysis, biomedical research and the synthesis of smart materials.

Great community, great science, and great setting at #THINK2023 with @sikeslab @nicolepamme @jesseGitaka @Kevin_P_Nichols @NPanpradist Ashleigh Thiberge (and many others not in the photo)

Afternoons free and fun excursions filled with scientific discussions at #THINK2023. This community of researchers focused on diagnostics, everyone working on translation, is so inspiring!
