#HSCPS see @forsa_union_ie @lindabtweeting survey below. Any position in the HSE that was unfilled on 31st December 2023 is now unlikely to be replaced, even if it was previously funded and approved.   The implications for services & ability to deliver services is significant.

Help us solve the mystery of the vanishing jobs... The HSE decided to get rid of 1000s of vacant jobs when the recruitment embargo was lifted. But who's going to do that work now?🤔 If you're in Fórsa & work for HSE/Section 38, you need to do this survey!forms.office.com/pages/response…

A fantastic conference with so much expertise, knowledge, and passion for supporting individuals with CVI. Vital that this information is shared and understood by healthcare professionals and educators. Thank you @ChildVisionVI @eclo_ie

An amazing conference to have been part of! CVI is the leading cause of Vision Impairment in the Western world yet we still have so much to learn. Thank you to all the wonderful presenters who generously shared their knowledge, @ChildVisionVI for having us and all attendees.

This week is Feeding Tube Awareness week. If your baby is in a neonatal unit, they may need to be tube fed due to being born premature or sick. You can still be involved in their feeds and learn how to tube feed with the help of staff on the unit. buff.pulse.ly/sc3qycjhza

the importance of ruling passions on vocab selection for AAC - whilst a focus on core vocabulary is important, we must ensure that autistic CYP have access to the vocab to discuss their passions & interests - to communicate about what matters most to them @sallySLTAT @HelenATSLT
