Great to be able to have @hughbaird @L20HotelSchool kitchen and front of house L3 students with us this morning. Supporting their education with knowledge of the brewing process and beer styles.
𝐅𝐣𝐨𝐫𝐝 // 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐜 𝐈𝐏𝐀 // 𝟓.𝟑% This IPA opens with bright, refreshing notes of pink grapefruit that lend a zesty citrus twist upfront. Subtle berry fruit tones follow, adding a hint of sweetness before giving way to a pleasantly satisfying, grassy bitterness.
𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭 𝐁𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 // 𝟒.𝟎% Our new cask beer leads with notes of hedgerow berries, delivering a subtle sweetness with hints of spice, while a crisp, citrus bitterness rounds to a finish that lingers. Expect a smooth, inviting bitterness with this beer.

Launch into Liverpool! Our new cask only release is a collab with @neptunebrewery - a Retro IPA, using Chevallier heritage grain and English Harlequin & Bramling Cross hops. Notes of stone fruit & zesty orange meet a pleasing malt-driven sweet finish. Unfined, VG & GF. Boss!
Final stop of the day.. The Old Bank House. @neptunebrewery Hidden Cove (Hazy IPA 5.9%) absolutely fantastic drop. Lovely pineapple taste with a slightly bitter finish.
