So I'm going to work in a psych hospital starting next month, it will be a good transition from working in a medical hospital, I think it'll be more my speed. I'm counting my blessings.
I'm open on here more than on other platforms about my depression because I've found community on here. Currently, I’m making the healthiest choices I've made in a while and I pray I don't slip up. I'm doing well and I need to recognize it, but the system can still frustrate me

I’ve had two chiropractic adjustments this week. My body doesn't know what to do with itself. Hopefully recovery time gets shorter as my body gets used to this. I have plantar fasciitis so I'm getting my feet treated too.
