I fundamentally believe that we shouldnt have to compromise our sleep/wellbeing in exchange for focus. This is why we started Neurode. My experience of taking meds for my ADHD was very similar, way too many side effects that massively outweighed the benefits.
Elon is spot on about Adderall—it’s banned in France for a reason. It’s an incredibly powerful drug with huge side effects gave it a try for a year and spent most nights sleepless That’s why I’m bullish on @neurode_labs, they might just have found the perfect ADHD middle ground
