Harbans was where I & a friend drove for kulcha to find it closed - but we ended up at All India Famous Amritsari Kulcha, which did justice to its claim. The kulcha is glutinous perfection, and the chutneys spark a riot of flavour in your mouth. Amritsar is incomplete without it.
