Pls bring out a rule minimising high beam driving incidents. Yrs ago vehicles were made to cover half of the headlights. But now with LEDs in bikes and cars, driving in the night is a nightmare. Forget senior drivers, even young drivers r caught up in avoidable accidents. @HYDTP
