Then I spoke to the enforcement agent Mr James and asked why it said on the letter that they would force entry if I wasn't in (as it's illegal) he told it wasn't, and he would.... that's a threat@JBWGroup
So I gotta a bailiff letter in someone's else's name, i called @JBWGroup to try and resolve it.. So they decided to be rude treat me like a liar and hang up the phone twice... 1/2
