Sometimes I like to reflect on this. What I have is enough, I'm happy with my life like it is. There is one Swedish proverb that is quite powerful for my soul: not too little , not too much , just right.
I think that is great always pursuing work goals and trying achieve the most iconic possible kind of success. But, sometimes don't you think that what you already conquer is enough? Why are you not feeling already 100% happy with your life?why ever this will to conquer more?

I so defend that everyone should go to a therapist/psychologist at least once or twice a month. Humans are so complex, we are a master piece that needs to be worked and there's nothing wrong with that. Great example 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
