One lesson I learned in Jakarta is that it is important to spend time assessing the noise pollution level in the area before buying a property or signing a lease contract. Noise level can be wild in certain areas.
I still can't relate to the hype behind NFTs but I guess that's partly because it's a wealthy people's game... Just hope that those interested do consider the whopping negative implication of one NFT transaction (via certain crypto) to the environment. nytimes.com/2021/04/13/cli…
Lesson learned after living in Jakarta for years: Always bring jacket/cardigan. While the city is generally warm, the commercial buildings are freezing cold.

I can never understand people who start a conversation with "Are you gaining weight?", "Did you get lack of sleep? Your under eye circle looks worse than usual", and the like. If you know nothing good would come up from such topic, then don't bring it up.
I cant understand what goes into the mind of founders, who *still* spend much of their time speaking at multiple prestigious events despite the fact that their company is in distress. Why cant they humbly refuse and allocate time for their company, which should be a priority?
Negotiation skill is often overlooked. Many young entrepreneurs I interact with is lacking in a good negotiation skill. They end up not making the most value for their business, which is key in this recovery time.
