Why am I so concerned about this election? Because Frisco ISD is a great district due to our amazing educators. I don’t want our district to be taken over by people focused more on PAC politics than on supporting teachers. Look what has happened around us. Research & Vote!!

We rely on educators and students to do the right thing in an emergency situation but even when they do, they still die. I guess @tedcruz isn’t right when he says “armed good guys stop armed bad guys”

It can be hard to wake up to a world that seems so chaotic, and malignant, and dark. I can shut down. Then I work very intentionally to see ALL the children who need us to find answers. They deserve light, and beauty, and hope, and love. I know they need us to wake up… for them.
Greg Abbott oversaw the worst response to a winter storm in Texas history. He oversaw one of the worst responses to a Covid outbreak. He oversaw the most bungled deployment of guardsmen for a stunt. And now he is overseeing the worst response to a shooting in recent history.
Nothing will change until we love our children more than our guns.

Play is the work of kids. It’s not just running around and yelling. Play helps kids solve problems, negotiate with others, and develop self-regulation skills. When recess is reduced or omitted, you are taking away the learning of significant and necessary skills. ⛹️♀️⚽️🏀🏈⚾️
