I think we are going to need a re-entry plan that includes psychological first aid. I think coming back together will be very stressful and scary for some adults at school - not to mention that many will have experienced trauma.

This pandemic has already revealed that: - schools are so much more than just schools. - many people now realize how tough it is to be a teacher and that teachers are grossly underpaid. - teachers are irreplaceable and essential to learning and education. #homeschooling
