Guys. They recast the voice of Marshmellow on Bob’s Burgers so she’s now voiced by a trans woman and she sings Sea Bird!!! 😭😭😭
The developers of Bobs Burgers have revoiced their character Marshmallow, who is a Black trans woman w the voice of Jari Jones, a Black trans woman! 🥰 she uses her own speaking (and SINGING OMG😭💕) voice for the character and it just makes me so happy.

It's timely to highlight the life & work of computer scientist Lynn Conway. In the late 1960s, she transitioned from male to female and was sacked by IBM as a result. For some years, she went underground and, for the rest of her career, worked as a woman - herstory unknown.
So many opportunities have disappered in my life time. I desperatley want to go back into education but cant take on £30k of dept in my mid 30s. When I was born a degree was free, when I went to uni I was the last year to get it at £3k a year, and its taken me 10 years to repay
Every bit of joy I've had since I was 15 has been because of what we've carved out of the necrotic world system and all I can hope for over the next decades of struggle is that we can wrench open those spaces until we win
